Flood Protection in Wadi Thaby & Moshta – Tarem, Hadramout
Cutting and filling works in flood paths including leveling, excavation, removal of obstacles, installation of flood barriers and surveys. Implemented over 6 months in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration to strengthen water security and protect residential and agricultural areas.
New Warehouse Gate for IOM – Al‑Mokha
Construction of a new armored gate and warehouse building for the International Organization for Migration in Mokha. Completed within 60 days to enhance storage infrastructure.
Rehabilitation of Marib Dam Canals
Upgrading irrigation canals with four concrete structures, roads and footbridges, and realigning secondary channels. Executed in 30 days to improve irrigation efficiency and water management.
Supply of Steel Waste Bins – Marib
Delivered 150 one cubic metre steel garbage bins for the local authority of Marib City in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme, improving municipal hygiene.
Delivery of Non‑Food Baskets – Marib
Supplied and distributed 1,000 non‑food baskets in 2023 and 800 baskets in 2024 for communities in need with ACTED, reflecting our commitment to logistics solutions and humanitarian support.
Construction of Five Community Centres – Marib
Built five community centres across Marib for the Norwegian Refugee Council. Completed in 21 days with high standards, providing hubs for humanitarian and development activities.
Rehabilitation of Water Systems – Al‑Kolah & Al‑Khashishat Villages
Installed pumps, motors, pipelines, towers, guard rooms and distribution networks for two villages, enhancing access to clean water. Completed in 60 days with strict technical standards.
Improving Access to Quality Education – Marib
Renovated classrooms, painted walls, repaired doors and windows, and upgraded electrical and water systems in ten schools between 5 February and 13 March 2025. Achieved a 99% completion rate and created safe and sustainable educational environments.
Commercial Residential Building – Marib
Construction of a three‑storey residential building comprising two apartments per floor in Abu Naab district, Marib, built between October 2017 and May 2018 on a 302 m² footprint using an integrated design‑and‑build contract, delivering high quality standards and providing comfortable living spaces.
